Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2 April 2026
1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and expectations for using eSIM plans purchased through Roamly (operated by Harrison James Hreszczuk, ABN 43 219 296 766). By purchasing and using an eSIM from Roamly, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Permitted Use
Roamly eSIM plans are intended for personal, lawful use by individual travellers. You may use your eSIM for:
- Browsing the internet, email, and messaging
- Streaming media and video calls
- Hotspot and tethering (where supported by the plan)
- Any other standard personal data usage
3. Prohibited Use
You must not use Roamly eSIM plans to:
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or illegal activity
- Send spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited communications
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or attempt to disrupt any network
- Access or attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorisation
- Resell, redistribute, or share your eSIM connection commercially
- Use automated systems to consume data at abnormal rates
- Circumvent any usage limits, fair use policies, or technical restrictions
- Violate any laws of the country where you are using the eSIM
4. Fair Use
Some eSIM plans may be subject to fair use policies set by the underlying network operator. If a network operator determines that your usage is excessive or abusive, they may throttle your connection speed or suspend your service. Roamly is not responsible for any actions taken by network operators under their fair use policies.
5. One Device Per eSIM
Each eSIM profile can only be installed on one device. You must not attempt to clone, duplicate, or transfer an eSIM profile to multiple devices. Doing so may result in the eSIM being revoked without a refund.
6. Enforcement
If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may at our discretion:
- Suspend or void your eSIM without refund
- Suspend or terminate your Roamly account
- Report the activity to relevant authorities
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
7. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any misuse of the Service, please report it to hello@notifications.onroamly.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
